The Salvation Army’s of Rome announced the “Stock our Shelves” canned and non-perishable food drive for this Friday from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm.

The program will provide for those in need this holiday season, and includes those in Chattooga County.   This year’s event is a drive-through drop off and will take place at the corner of 1st and 2nd Avenue in Rome.

The Salvation Army is looking for canned and non-perishable food that will be used for distribution in the communities in Floyd, Polk & Chattooga Counties.
