A twenty-one-year-old Summerville man was arrested on Christmas Day after complaints that he was disturbing the peace and cursing in front of a woman and her children.

Police were called to an address on Spearmint Trail shortly after 5 PM after the complainant said that Daniel Soto was using foul language in public towards the woman.  A witness backed up the story when questioned by police.

It was the second time on Christmas Day that officers had responded to the residence due to Soto’s actions.

Soto was arrested and booked into the Chattooga County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct.
