A Rockmart man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Saturday on charges of human trafficking, criminal attempt to commit child molestation and using a computer to entice a child.
According to jail records, 28-year old Devonte Rene Watkins contacted someone he believed to be under the age of 16 online.
He then planned to pay the person for sex acts.
