A thirty-year-old Walker County woman who was accused of child molestation and statutory rape last year was arrested by Chattooga County authorities on Friday.

Tori Burdick was arrested last year after Walker County sheriff’s investigators notified Trion Police that they believed Burdick had sexual relations with a minor at Trion motel.  Investigators had interviewed the fourteen-year-old victim who told them that Burdick had rented a room at the Trion motel in order for the two to have sex.

Burdick was arrested on Friday of last week and charged with failure to appear in Chattooga County Superior Court.
