An Alabama woman was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with theft by deception, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Netosah Leshee Liggons, 23, of 4973 Lake Place Landing, Cedar Bluff, Ala., is accused of pawning jewelry at a Shorter Avenue pawn shop in June that was stolen from a Centre, Ala., home.

The jewelry was valued at $1,558, and Liggons received $505 from the pawn shop.

She remained in the Floyd County Jail on Thursday evening.
