Sheriff’s deputies responded to a Rocky Hollow Road, Trion address last Friday after a call about people refusing to leave the property. 

When the deputy arrived on the scene he spoke with the Stephanie Smith, she told the deputy that her mother-in-law and another couple had just left after Smith had called 911 to have them removed.

The complainant said that one of the people who had refused to leave had been “banging and kicking” the front door and had pushed the complainant’s husband into an end table, causing her husband to fall and break the table.

The complainant told the deputy that a disagreement had come up about a domestic issue involving grandchildren and that she didn’t want to pursue charges, but did want a report of the incident on file.
