A Lyerly man filed a report about a neighbor that has been causing problems and told a responding deputy that the neighbor has been “screaming and yelling”, along with other breaches of the peace.

The Brewer Road complainant said that the neighbor plays loud music at all hours of the night and showed the responding deputy video footage of the unruly neighbor “laying drag” in front of the complainant’s house.

The complainant said that despite the fact that his neighbor is a felon and shouldn’t be in possession of a gun, the man fires off a shotgun and a handgun in the nighttime hours.

The responding deputy told the complainant that he would see that there was extra patrol in the neighborhood.
