All Chattooga County voting precincts are open today for the nonpartisan judge run-off races in Georgia.  Voters across the state will be choosing between David Nahmias and Tammy Adkins for a seat on the Georgia Supreme Court and will be voting between Toni Davis and Chris McFadden for a seat on the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Chattooga County Election Superintendent Jon Payne told AM 1180 that only 37 people voted early in the run-off election at the registrar’s office and 47 absentee ballots had been mailed in as of Monday.  Judge Payne said that there would probably be only a few more than 100 total votes cast in this run-off election.

Polls will be open today from 7 AM until 7 PM at all Chattooga County precincts.
