A twenty-four-year-old Rockmart man was arrested in Summerville on February 11th after admitting to police that he had been drinking and driving.

According to a report released this week by police, Justin Clayton Little was stopped by police after they observed him driving in an erratic fashion.

Little told police that he had consumed alcohol, and there were open containers of alcohol in the car he was driving.

Little was charged with DUI for alcohol, failure to maintain a single lane, reckless driving, open container of alcohol and a seatbelt violation.
