The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force, along with officers from the LaFayette Police Department arrested a suspect this week following execution of a search warrant.

Officers went to the Daughtery Street, LaFayette address where they had a search warrant for an outbuilding.

The law enforcement officers found the building’s renter near his work site on South Duke Street.  On his person, they found a glass pipe, meth and marijuana.  When the outbuilding was searched, more marijuana was discovered.

Thirty-eight-year-old Davadrion Lavail Davenport was taken to jail on possession charges.
