Summerville Police were called about a domestic incident that took place on February 19th.  According to the victim, she had went to her brother’s house to retrieve an air tank that she said her uncle had given her.  She got the tank and took it back to her residence and her brother showed up a short time later.  The victim said that in the altercation that ensued, her brother grabbed her by the throat and punched her.  Police spoke with the brother who had a different recollection of the domestic feud.  The brother told police that he did retrieve the air tank from his sister because the tank belongs to their uncle – not her.  He told police that while trying to get the air tank out of his sister’s hands, the tank slipped and hit her.  The incident was turned over to an investigator.
