On Saturday, March 26, 7:00 pm at the Walker County Civic Center in Rock Spring, the Walker, Dade, Catoosa, and Chattooga Democrats will have a rally for “Kindness and Civility.”
The speaker will be Mr. Joe Jenkins, founder of The Brave Effect, an agency working to give second chances to returning citizens from the prison system.
This event will not be a political rally, but a time for Democrats from Northwest GA to gather for fellowship and encouragement. There will be time for all declared candidates in the 14th Congressional District to introduce themselves.
There will be some good music, a dessert bar with soft drinks, and much information on Democratic causes. Tickets: $15 youth or senior; $30 per adult; $100 sponsor.
