The Chattooga County Board of Education will not hold a work session this month due to the holidays.  Instead the only meeting for the month will be this evening at the Chattooga Education Center located at the old Pennville School building. The meeting will be held at 7 PM.

According to the December Agenda on the Chattooga County Board of Education’s web site, the board will be considering some personnel changes in the system.  One is the certified recommendation of Nancy Scott for the position of Chattooga High School science teacher.  Another is approving the resignation of Greg Bentley as a maintenance worker for the school system.  Mr. Bentley took another job.
