A forty-year-old Chattooga County woman was arrested over the past weekend after she was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol, according to law enforcement in Cherokee County, Alabama.

The Center Police Department stopped a vehicle being driven by Korey Ely of Summerville.  Ely was found to be over the legal limit for alcohol and was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center around 2:30 AM Central Time on Sunday morning.
