Chattooga County Commissioner Blake Elsberry is currently seeking bids to repave several miles of county roads this spring and summer.

According to the bid request from the commissioner, he is seeking to repave the following roads in 2022:

• Johnny Drive  – .2 miles
• Alexander Road – .6 miles
• West Halls Valley Road – .4 miles
• Stoleman Road – .5 miles
• York Road – 1.6 miles
• Bankey Farm Road – .7 miles
• Dave Moore Road – .2 miles
• Blowing Springs Road – 1.5 miles
• Harrisburg Road – 1.2 miles

Funding for the paving is coming from the state’s Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant.
