LaFayette Police arrested a construction worker for being under the influence this past week after they found him inebriated near a construction site.
According to police, fifty-one-year-old Larry M. Wilson of Ringgold told police that he had “well over 12 beers” while he was working.
Police say that they could smell the alcohol on Wilson and arrested him for being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
