A thirty-eight-year-old Rockmart woman has been arrested on a felony warrant charging her with the prohibited possession of certain goods for youth without the authorization of the juvenile detention center director.
According to the warrant, Jennifer Darlene Strickland gave a TCL call phone to a youth assigned to the Rome Youth Detention Center on Marable Way in Rome.
The warrant states the incident occurred on March 31 of this year.
