Summerville Police arrested two men on Sunday after they were found smoking marijuana in the presence of minors. According to police records, officers found eighteen-year-old Charlton Edward Green and eighteen-year-old Logan Stacy King in possession of marijuana less than one ounce.  Officers said that both men were smoking marijuana around minor children.  Both men were jailed on the charges, according to the report.
