A twenty-nine-year-old LaFayette woman was indicted by the Chattooga County Grand Jury for child molestation.  The Summerville News reported on Thursday that Katherine Nicole Torrence was indicted after evidence was presented to the grand jury that she engaged in sexual acts in front of a minor.  The minor repeatedly asked the woman and her boyfriend to stop but the child was ignored, according to the report. The boyfriend involved in the incident with Torrence is facing charges of child molestation as well in a case involving two children that were six years of age.
