Four Chattooga County residents will receive a Quilt of Valor at a special ceremony that will be held on Sunday afternoon at the Chattooga County Ag Fair.

The recipients of the quilts will be:

Sanford Deberry-Korean Conflict Veteran

Mike Selman-Vietnam Veteran

James “Rick” Middleton-Vietnam Veteran

Douglas Shireman-Vietnam Veteran

The ceremony will take place at 3:30 PM on the Smith Ironworks Stage.  Bring a chair and come out and honor these veterans on Sunday at the fair.  A reminder – gate admission is free on Sunday at the fair – sponsored by the Town of Trion.
