LaFayette Police arrested a homeless woman after she was reported “screaming” a two local places of business.

WQCH reports police found her in a vehicle on the South Main Dollar General parking lot and she attempted to drive away.

The report states that 42 year old Mindy Ann Dean appeared to be on some type of narcotic. She told officers that when she found the Dollar Store closed, she urinated in the parking lot.

There had been similar complaints at the LaFayette McDonalds, where customers were upset by a woman screaming in the restroom earlier in the day.

Dean refused medical transport and was taken to jail on a disorderly conduct charge.
