
A Northwest Georgia deputy chief of police has resigned following his arrest in Florida on solicitation of prostitution charges. On Thursday of this week this week, the Cartersville Police Department announced that Deputy Chief Jason DiPrima resigned from his employment. DiPrima had been placed on administrative leave by the Cartersville Police Department after receiving word about his arrest. DiPrima was arrested in Polk County, Florida on September 1st on charges of “soliciting another for prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.”
