A forty-six-year-old Chattooga County man was arrested for stalking in Floyd County last week.

According to warrants from the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office, Michael Joseph Williams of Summerville was arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail on Wednesday of last week after he was found stalking victims at Model High School on September 24th.  The victims reported the incident to police.  Williams has a temporary protective order and a conditional bond that forbids him from having contact with the victims.

According to arrest reports, Williams was at the campus of Model High School for over an hour and there was no purpose in Williams being at the school since it was the weekend and after hours.

Williams was arrested and held without bond.
