The City of Summerville is accepting bids for the mowing of the city’s gas department right of ways.  The right of ways are some twenty-nine miles and stretch from Chattooga into Floyd County.  Sealed bids are being accepted until 5 PM on Monday, November 14, 2022.  Those interested can stop by Summerville City Public Works on Cox Street for a complete bid packet.  If a potential bidder has questions, they may contact the city’s public works and utility director Terry Tinney at 706-859-0907.
