A Trion man was arrested on Monday by law enforcement in Floyd County and booked into the Floyd County Jail.

Recardo Diaz, 20, of 202 Marsh Ave. in Trion, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. Monday by the Rome Police Department and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Diaz was booked and released from jail by Monday evening.
