A Welcome Hill Road, Trion man called the sheriff’s office this week to report being harassed by a neighbor.  A responding deputy spoke with Steven Cline who said he was walking to his residence when a neighbor began threatening and harassing him.  The complainant said that the harassment had been going on for some time.  Cline also told the deputy that the same neighbor had taken a friend’s vehicle from the yard of Cline’s house without permission.  The deputy advised Mr. Cline on magistrate court proceedings.
