The Walker County Sheriff’s office has arrested a third person in connection with the murder of Dakota Bradshaw.

Officials say on the afternoon of August 1st, Walker County deputies and police in Rossville, Georgia were called to a home on the 400 block of East Peachtree Street after reports of shots being fired.  At the scene, investigators found Dakota Bradshaw shot inside his home. Medics rushed Bradshaw to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

According to investigators, witnesses reported seeing one of the shooters get into a red truck and speed away the scene. Other witnesses said they also saw a blue Dodge Charger leave the home.  In the next two weeks, two Alabama men were arrested and charged with the murder – Johntae Kavon Collier and Eric Dodds, both of Huntsville, Alabama and both twenty-three-years-old.

Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson said the 18 year old female arrested has been identified as Daijah Larissa Collins, was taken into custody last week in connection with the case and was charged with murder and aggravated assault.
