The City of Summerville is changing traffic flow on a city street.  The move was approved by the Summerville City Council at their October meeting.  The street is a small one that connects Hawkins Drive and Fourth Street, just off Highland Avenue.  The council voted unanimously to make the street one way because the street is narrow and hard for cars to pass each other on.  Travelers will be able to enter Broad Street off of Fourth Street and exit onto Hawkins Drive.
