Summerville Police responded to a call on Ramey Street on Tuesday about a man disturbing the peace. According to a report from the Summerville Police department, the man had been arguing in front of a juvenile with his ex-wife. Police had responded to the scene earlier and told the man to “calm down and go to bed”. Forty-three-year-old Robert Blaine Rehorn chose to ignore that advise and continued to scream at his ex-wife. The next time police responded, they arrested Rehorn and charged him with disorderly conduct. Police say that Rehorn was intoxicated and had a strong odor of alcohol and admitted to drinking prior to the incidents.
