Despite the fact that a judge ruled in favor of Saturday voting for the runoff election between incumbent Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker, there are no plans for Saturday voting in Chattooga County for the runoff election.

Chattooga County Registrar Sheena Weaver said, “We don’t normally do Saturday voting in runoff elections anyway, and with it being so close to the holiday, a lot of our workers are actually traveling for that, so we’re most likely not going to be voting on Saturday.”

All early voting in Chattooga County takes place at the Registrars Office, located at 10017 Commerce Street in Summerville.  Early voting hours are from 8:30 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday.  The Registrars Office will be closed on Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.

Early voting will continue through December 2nd.  Election day for the runoff will be Tuesday, December 6th.
