The runoff election between incumbent U.S Senator Raphael Warnock (D) and Herschel Walker (R) will be held on December 6th.  The timelines for voting by mail will be very tight given the condensed runoff schedule.  Here is everything you need to know if you want to request a mail-in ballot.

• Mail ballots must be requested by Nov. 28 and mailed back by Dec 3 or dropped off at the Chattooga County Registrars Office.

• Even if you voted by mail in the November 8 election, you must request a ballot again unless you are over 65, disabled, a UOCAVA voter, AND specifically requested that you receive ballots for this entire election cycle.

• You do not have to vote by mail again, however!

• You can bring your ballot with you or sign a form and vote early in person, or on election day.

• Mail ballots must be received by Dec. 6 at 7pm to be counted, so ballots mailed after Dec 3 may not arrive in time!
