A twenty-eight-year-old Chattooga County man was arrested in Chatsworth this past week on marijuana distribution charges.

According to jail records, Jacob Scott Wofford of a Dry Valley Road, Summerville address was stopped on Thursday of last week by the Chatsworth Police Department.  Wofford was charged with an open container and seatbelt violation.

Wofford was additionally charged with  possession/manufacture/delivery/distribution/administering/sell/possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
