Students from Menlo Elementary School were 2022 Fall Stock Market game winners from the 14th Congressional District of Georgia at the Stock Market Game, hosted from New York City.

The competition includes a half-million students in fourth – twelfth grade.  The future investors from Menlo Elementary School built the highest total equity for a middle school team in the 11-county Northwest Georgia congressional district.  The students and teacher Chris Conley will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony tomorrow,  where each winning team will be announced by name and a photograph displayed.

More than 20 million students have taken part in the virtual competition since its founding in 1977, hosted in the state by the Georgia Council of Economic Education.
