A man already in the Floyd County Jail has now been charged in connection with a rape, that took place more than a year ago.

According to Floyd County Jail records 51 year old Clifford Stocks had sex with a woman against her will on December the 9th, 2009 at a location on Martha Berry Boulevard.

Stocks has been housed at the Floyd County Jail on Burglary charges since last May. He is now also charged with one count of Rape.
