Tellus Museum will host a Lunch and Learn on Wednesday, December 21st to give participants information on making a rock collection. The event will be hosted by Tellus’ Geology Program Manager Hannah Eisla and begins at 12:15 PM.
This will be a hands-on, kid-friendly introduction to rock collection. Visitors will even walk away with specimens to start a collection of their own. No outside food is allowed but guests are welcome to buy lunch in the Café and bring it into the lecture, or simply just attend and listen to the lecture.
All Lunch + Learn events are FREE for members and included in regular admission for non-members. Presentations are recommended for ages 8 and up, unless otherwise indicated.
For those who can’t attend in person, the presentation will be live streamed on Facebook and YouTube.
