A twenty-year-old Rome woman was arrested in Summerville on Sunday of this week after she was found to be in possession of marijuana.  According to a report from the Summerville Police Department, police responded to a domestic dispute at the Summerville Garden apartments.  While talking with the people at the apartment about the domestic situation, an officer could smell burnt marijuana.  After inquiring about the smell, someone told the officer that Lexington Fisher was in possession of marijuana.  When the officer spoke with Ms. Fisher, she at first denied it saying that all she had was some cigarillos.  When the officer asked Fisher to see the package of cigarillos, he found one containing suspected marijuana.  Fisher was transported to the Chattooga County Jail on charges of marijuana possession, less than one ounce.
