The City of Summerville has posted a public notice about the 2023 General Municipal Election that will be held on November 7, 2023.  The election will be for three city-council seats.  The candidate qualifying period will be held at Summerville City Hall on August 21-25 from 8:30 AM until 5 PM and on Friday, August 25th from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.  The council seat qualifying fee is $108.  If you have any questions, you may contact Angela White, the Summerville City Clerk at 706-859-0900 extension 1307.
