  • Christy Dawn Dean of Summerville – possession of methamphetamine
  • Christopher Shane Hanson of Gadsden, Alabama – possession of methamphetamine and trafficking drugs
  • Ray Field Pickett of Calhoun, Georgia – first-degree burglary, theft by taking, obstruction of an officer and criminal trespass
  • Ryan Nichols Adkins of LaFayette, Georgia – possession of Schedule I controlled substance and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime
  • Brandy Leigh Arnold (no address given) – Affray and four counts of obstruction of an officer
  • Kenneth Lee Edgeworth of Summerville – Affray and interference with government property
  • Thomas James Motely of Summerville – aggravated assault, two counts of battery under the Family Violence Act, two counts of third-degree cruelty to children and criminal trespass FVA
  • Phil Winston Trammell of Trion – possession of methamphetamine
  • Shannon Phil Trammell of Trion – possession of methamphetamine, fleeing or attempting to elude and failure to stop at a stop sign
  • Jessie Eugene Wise of Summerville – aggravated assault, two counts of possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime
  • Christopher Dafron of Menlo – theft by taking and first-degree burglary
  • Katherine Nicole Torres of LaFayette, Georgia – child molestation, first-degree cruelty to children and second-degree cruelty to children
