Last Saturday, a twenty-seven-year-old Calhoun man took Georgia State Troopers and law enforcement officers in four counties on a chase.  The Georgia State Patrol says Christian Tyler Senn was driving a motorcycle at a high rate of speed when the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office asked for assistance from state troopers.

Senn sped down Highway 53 in Gordon County and into Floyd County.  He then traveled all the way through Chattooga County before having a minor crash in Walker County, where he was apprehended by Walker County Deputies and State Troopers at the intersection of Highway 27 and Round Pond Road.  The state patrol says that Senn reached speeds over 120 miles per hour during the chase.

The motorcycle returned with suspended registration and no valid insurance coverage. Senn was found to be in possession of methamphetamine at the Walker County Jail. Senn was charged with reckless driving, improper lane change, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer for a felony offense, motorcycle no insurance/proof of insurance, knowingly driving a motor vehicle on suspended, canceled, revoked registration, failure to register vehicle, improper use of central turn lane, driving without a valid license, no license plate, and possession of methamphetamine.

He also had an outstanding warrant in Florida for fleeing from police.
