An Armuchee man was jailed Tuesday on a felony count of 1^st-degree burglary.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

24-year-old Randall Phillip Lee Patterson broke into a residence on Martha Berry Highway, damaging the door on May 13.

He also stole less than $1,500 in property from the home.

Patterson is also charged with criminal trespass and theft by taking.
