The Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call on Wednesday of last week in Trion.
Trion Police requested the sheriff’s department to come talk with the complainant because she told law enforcement that she was dragged from her vehicle on Back Berryton Road and the vehicle was taken from her.
The sheriff’s office incident reported noted that this was an ongoing feud between the complainant, Leslie Bishop, and her ex-boyfriend, Clint Crider. Crider told deputies previously, that Bishop had put money down on the car, but the car was registered in his name and he wanted to take possession of the vehicle.
Deputies advised both parties that it was a civil matter that should go to magistrate court.
