A Floyd County woman remained in jail Saturday night on charges of cashing checks from another woman’s account, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Mary Lynn Clark, 50, of 751 Burnett Ferry Road, was charged with felony first degree forgery and misdemeanor theft by deception. Two checks, for $165 and $100, were written from another woman’s account and cashed at the West Rome Walmart in February.
