Police have arrested a Wilshire Rome man charged with multiple counts child molestation, sodomy and incest, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Marshall Ray Winn, 54, of 221B Wilshire Road, was arrested Sunday night, April 3, by Floyd County police.

Winn is charged with a list of felonies including three counts child molestation, three counts aggravated child molestation, three counts sodomy, three counts aggravated sodomy and three counts incest.

Winn, who remains in the Floyd County jail, was also charged with misdemeanor giving a false name or address.
