A woman came to the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office last week with a report about stolen medication.

The complainant told an investigator that she had left her house to go to town and had left her daughter and her daughter’s boyfriend there alone.  Later on that night, the woman discovered that her medication was missing.  The complainant told the investigator that she kept her medicine, along with five $2 bills and her deceased husband’s wallet inside a lock box and the lock box was missing from it’s usual place in the house.  The woman suspected that her daughter’s boyfriend had stolen the pills and other contents in the lock box.  The box was found in the yard of the complainant’s house and had been broken open and the contents were missing.

The woman wanted a report on file about the incident.
