The City of Summerville presented a “Friend of the Community Award” on Thursday to Rickey Biddle.  The award was given in advance of Friendship Week and the Friendship Festival that is coming up next week.

Susan Locklear with Summerville Main Street said,

He has been a cornerstone to his church community and has a genuine love for people.
