The Chattooga Board of Education met on Thursday morning to approve the use of the high school cafeteria for a town hall meeting.  Chattooga County School Supt. Jared Hosmer told WZQZ News on Thursday evening that the commissioner had specified that the meeting would be used to host a meeting for Windstream.  However, the agenda that the board of education received did not specify the purpose of the meeting.  In the end, the board approved the use of the facility for the town hall meeting that will be held next month.  Windstream will be on hand to talk to the public about broadband expansion in Chattooga County.
