A fifty-four-year-old Armuchee woman who was arrested last week on charges of intimidation and exploitation of the elderly is now accused of burglarizing the home of a seventy-year-old woman on August 22.  She was originally arrested last week after  allegedly stealing a garage door opener from a 91-year-old man, causing the victim to worry that she was going to return to rob the home or harm him. According to Floyd County Jail records, the latest charges against Candice Marie Camp allege that she was seen on security camera images taking a large bag containing various items from the residence of the other victim. That victim has reported several pieces of jewelry missing, as well as tools, and sound equipment, valued at a combined $3,700. Papers with personal and financial information were also missing. Camp is charged with 1st-degree burglary, theft by taking, and exploitation of the elderly.
