A forty-nine-year-old man was arrested at the Murphy Gas station in Trion last week after he was found urinating at the gas pump.  According to a report from the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, the clerk at the gas station called 911 after the man was seen on security camera exposing himself.  The suspect had left before deputies arrived, but they found the suspect and performed a traffic stop.  Justin Todd Moore told the deputies that the store clerk had told him the bathrooms were out of order and he couldn’t wait.  Deputies said that there were two open cans of beer in the suspect’s vehicle at the time of the traffic stop.  Moore was arrested and taken to the Chattooga County Jail.
