The Friends of Sloppy Floyd State Park invite everyone out for the 2023 Outdoor Adventure Day and Kid’s Fishing Rodeo at James H. “Sloppy” Floyd State Park.  The annual event will include  two reptile shows, one birds of prey show, and two opportunities to participate in archery. There will also be prizes for kids who participate in the fishing rodeo and catch a tagged catfish.  The event will take place on Saturday, September 23rd from 9 AM until 3 PM.  There is a $5 parking fee at the state park.
