On Saturday, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Law Enforcement Division responded to a call in Floyd County about hunters who were hunting without permission.  According to the DNR, four people were charged in connection with the call.  One of the hunters had killed a deer out of the caretaker of the property’s deer stand.  It is illegal to hunt on land without permission in Georgia.  If the land is posted, the hunter should have written permission from the landowner before hunting.
